Oricine poate participa, cât timp petrece o zi fără să cumpere nimic! Provocarea este simplă: încearcă să duci o viaţă simplă pentru o zi. Ca şi consumatori trebuie să analizăm produsele cumpărate şi să punem la încercare companiile ce le produc. Care sunt adevăratele riscuri pentru mediu şi ţările în curs de dezvoltare? Este responsabilitatea noastră să căutăm soluţii simple, iar Ziua Fără Cumpărături este un bun început. Până acum câţiva ani, în Romania nu se putea vorbi despre acest fenomen al consumerismului. Odata cu venirea marilor investitori am început sa fim invadaţi de reclame de tot felul: luminoase, animate, colorate, de super-oferte, super-preţuri, super-marketuri, de hiper-marketuri ş.a.m.d. Toate acestea oferă o mare varietate, dar aceasta nu ar trebui să existe cu preţul mediului sau exploatării ţărilor sărace. Ziua Fără Cumpăraturi nu reprezintă doar schimbarea stilului tău de viaţă pentru o singură zi – sperăm sa fie o legătură de lungă durată – ci poate fi chiar o experientă care sa-ţi schimbe viaţa. Pe 24 noiembrie oameni din toată lumea vor face un pact cu ei înşişi spre a nu face cumpărături, ca un experiment personal sau ca o declaraţie publică, iar partea cea mai bună: E GRATIS! Îţi oferim o alternativă simplă la toată nebunia cumpăraturilor şi a obligaţiei de a cumpăra, o zonă cu activitaţi gratuite, unde banii nu au nici o valoare şi unde îţi poti petrece ziua fără să cheltui. ZONA GRATIS Ce cuprinde această Zonă Gratis? Cărţi Vă punem la dispoziţie o colecţie de cărţi, fanzine, postere şi alte materiale care pot fi citite în incintă, iar marea majoritate chiar luate acasă. Calculatoare Ai un calculator vechi care nu îţi mai foloseşte? Ia-l cu tine, iar noi îl vom readuce la viaţă cu un sistem GNU/Linux. Cerinţe minime: procesor 300MHz, 64MB RAM, 1GB harddisk.
